Espen Dietrichson`s solo exhibition Sketches for a Mechanical Sunrise is one of aesthetical precision and excitational contradiction. His sculptures are ambiguous vehicles promising the impossible. The main piece of the show Triplane is a forceful and miraculous construction kicking your mind! The energy and tension radiating from these elegant forms are due to Dietrichson`s ability to fuse sober functonialism with the rebellious and humorous.
