NISS is one of the leading film and television schools in Norway.
At the Department of film and television you can take courses in film and tv production aimed at working careers in professional industries. The courses focus on one camera production.
The «One year course in film and tv» is a basic course with a wide focus, and a platform for further spesialization. The «Advanced course in film and tv» deepens your understanding of film and tv production, at same time as you spesialize in directing, cinematography, editing, or production management. By participating in collaborative projects at NISS, the students will get to know the same professional groups that they will collaborate with as professional film workers, such as students from acting courses or sound engineering.
Fluency in Norwegian is required.
